Integrity Control Analyst

We are looking for an Integrity Control Analyst who can support in the process of stock transactions, the administration of stock take and general stock control while establishing and maintaining a working relationship with the Stock Operations team.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of the stock count programmed within your assigned areas. Ensuring the best stock movement procedures are in place to drive high stock accuracy.
This role would also include:

• Liaising with departments within the business to identify stock loss cause and establish procedures to reduce the loss. 
• Monitoring the adherence of performing service levels to complete stock counts and process stock adjustments.
• Ensuring all queries are investigated, responded and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
• Analysing stock count results and shrinkage data to monitor integrity improvement action plans.

About You

• Our ideal candidate will need to be knowledgeable and have an understanding of inventory and integrity management.
• You will have strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
• Having background in using SAP systems would be advantageous.
• You should be able to work flexible hours and days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role.
• Numerical, literacy and computer skills are essential and strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods values.
