Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor will work within the Group Internal Audit function to help provide the stakeholders of the business with assurance that the Harrods Group’s main business risks are managed and controlled adequately.

About You

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Harrods will invest in your development and support you to undertake a professional qualification (CIA, CMIIA, ACCA) to assist you in your career of Internal Audit. This role will provide you with experience of in house internal audit operations and is a great opportunity for graduates and aspiring audit professionals looking to kick start their career.

Prior audit experience would be advantageous but not required. In this role you will initially be assisting the other team members in conducting audits, and as you progress, you will then begin to lead audits yourself. You will need to display a clear passion for retail and knowledge of the audit risks of the industry. You will have good organisational skills, a proactive approach and strong attention to detail. You will be keen to learn and specialise in this unique department of our business. You will have strong administrative skills and be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Given the nature of the role, it is essential that you maintain complete confidentiality at all times.
