Inventory Associate

Our Inventory Optimisation department work to manage and monitor the heartbeat of our distribution operation, ensuring we stay ahead of the supply and demand curb. Our Thames Valley Distribution Centre is currently looking for an Inventory Associate to join this warm and welcoming team.

About the Role 

As an Inventory Associate, you’ll report to the Inventory Optimisation Lead Associate. You’ll play a key part in our daily operation managing our inventory counts and running quality checks. You’ll work to troubleshoot and improve the integrity, accuracy and daily delivery of our SAP inventory platform. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with other departments as well and independently to deliver your own projects and investigations into integrity issues. You’ll also pride yourself on organisation, ensuring the Distribution Centre is neat, tidy, and stock is easy to find.

About You

You’ll be a valuable team player with experience in warehouse and distribution jobs, accustomed to working with high inventories and fast-moving daily operations. You’ll have experience of working with SAP and accustomed to partnering with other departments to meet departmental goals and KPIs. Ideally you’ll have previous knowledge and understanding of Food Safety Regulations, however training will be provided on this and our own Harrods quality standards to ensure you’re a trusted individual to deliver to these consistently.
