Harrods Loyalty team allows our customers to earn rewards points every time they shop with us and gives them access exclusive benefits. The Loyalty team works in partnership with the wider business to develop manage and promote the programme and its benefits to all customers. As the Loyalty Assistant on this 6 month contract, you will play a key role in facilitating this offering from start to finish.

About you

You’ll be an excellent communicator with good computer literacy, accustomed to working with other departments and teams on projects. You’ll understand the Harrods customer and have the initiative and drive to help create and deliver a remarkable rewards offering alongside the delivery of our routine promotions and campaigns. You’ll be motivated, and a key player in this back-of-house position which supports the direct connection between the business and the customer with the ability to work to tight deadlines with autonomy and focus.

What to expect

As the Loyalty Assistant on a 6 month contract, you will support the Loyalty team and work with the wider business providing support for existing loyalty programme operations.  You will also be responsible for working closely with the Creative, Retail & Customer services team to ensure that all elements of the programme are coordinated and managed to ensure the successful delivery of the rewards programme. You will be a key dynamo in supporting upcoming rewards campaigns and promotions as well as administrating the process to deliver a seamless customer rewards experience for suppliers, customers and colleagues.
