Merchandise Admin Assistant - Beauty

We are currently seeking an effective Merchandising Admin Assistant to assist the Merchandiser in delivering departmental goals across channels. You will manage the production of daily and weekly reports to business requirements, alongside a monitoring process to ensure budgets are met, and action price changes.

About You

Analytical, a strong communicator with excellent time-management skills. You will be PC literate, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. We need you to demonstrate you have:

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure their delivery issues are minimised.
• Manage stock levels to optimise sales performance and availability across online, store and H Beauty whilst minimising aged stock levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to multi-task, flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods values.
• Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
