Store Operations is looking for a Multi-Service Gang (MSG) Team Leader who will support Senior Management by leading a team in an efficient and productive manner. You will manage the MSG in all aspects of their day to day duties, the Team Leader will manage the weekly Rota ensuring that adequate MSG cover is in place at all times. Job sheets that are completed by either the Team Leader or Duty Manager must be organized into priority order and completed within the time frame given.

Please note this role is a combination of both administrative and physical therefore a level of fitness is required.

About You

The job holder will have a willingness to learn and adapt while maintaining a high level of energy in a pressurized department and have flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities. You will have good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed and organization of MSGs.

You will regularly review procedures for improvements in efficiency and working practices, make any recommendations to the Trevor Square and MSG Duty Manager as well as ensure that all team members are appropriately introduced and inducted into the department. Given appropriate support and relevant coaching and training to enable them to contribute to the overall team performance.

You will maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern to the Line Manager immediately and be proactive for getting things done, driving tasks through to completion to deliver what has been promised.
