About You

You are a registered Nurse specialising in Occupational Health. You will have recent clinical experience and a minimum of 3+ years experience in an OH role. A motivational leader, you will strive to build successful relationships across the business and have a real interest in people. Trusted, resilient and proactive you will want to be part of an In-House service where you can be hands on in your approach. 

What to Expect

  • Responsible for leading, managing and supporting the Occupational Health team, you will aim to deliver a compelling and engaging In-House heath service that offers preventative treatment and wellbeing programmes designed to meet business needs in the best way possible.
  • Design and facilitate delivery of a range of innovative and impactful physical, mental and emotional wellbeing programmes
  • Inspire, encourage and enable managers to take ownership of what they can control and influence in prevention and wellbeing practices
     
  • Develop and review procedures for management referrals. Deliver training to managers and HR on the referral procedures and ensure effective case-management to facilitate the earliest return of functional capacity and return to work
  • Analytically astute, you will work with internal stakeholders and interpret data to identify any trends in work health. Using these results you will suggest actions to support an overall wellbeing and prevention agenda, and educate the business and manager on their responsibilities.
  • You will work closely with all areas of the business as well as the on-site Doctor on a daily basis.
