Our Director of Restaurants and Kitchens is now looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Culinary Operations Team on a 6 month FTC. As the largest food and beverage operation in Northern Europe, Harrods boasts wonderful in-store restaurants, showcasing ingredients, flavours and menus from around the world to tickle our customers’ taste buds
About the Role
Reporting into the Director of Restaurants and Kitchens, you will provide seamless administrative support to the Director and Senior Leadership team. You will develop a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of the team, in order to ensure a smooth running office.
Please note this is a 6 month fixed term contract for maternity cover. It is an office based role in our Knightsbridge store, with the option to occasionally work from home.

About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role. You will have supported up to Director level, and have gained excellent stakeholder management experience. You will have the ability to multi task and will have worked in a fast paced pressurised environment.
Our ideal candidate will have a hands on approach, leading and assisting with all ad hoc tasks, including diary management, preparation of documents, organisation of monthly leadership meetings, and maintaining filing systems. Organisation is key in this role, with the ability to meet deadlines and ensure the Director is following their daily schedule and meetings.
Further to this, this position requires excellent communication skills. From time to time you will hold meetings on behalf of the Director, so it is important you are able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the business.
