It’s a truly exciting time for Paid Search, as we develop a completely omni-channel strategy in support of both the famous brick-and-mortar store in Knightsbridge and our growing online presence. We’re looking for a paid search specialist to join our team at this exciting time and be a part of the changes we’re going through.

About you

The successor for this role will have a keen interest in luxury retail and appreciate the need for staying on the pulse of change in an ever-changing industry. Motivated by your work and skilled in your craft, you will be an experienced paid search specialist able to managing search and shopping strategies across online search engines. You’ll have demonstrable experience on advising the business on its use of these platforms and challenging what is possible through innovation and your expertise.

What to expect

As Paid Search Lead, you will be responsible for managing Search and Shopping strategies across a variety of Search Engines globally, working towards channel and business performance targets. Key responsibilities include working closely with our agency to ensure the Search accounts are implemented and maintained for successful campaigns.  You will offer the agency strategic direction and influence regular optimisations and testing. You will be comfortable presenting key learnings back to the business regularly. You will work closely with the online trading team to capture the latest trends and products in the channel strategy and ad copy.

The Paid Search Lead will manage and develop the channel assistant, working together to deliver against deadlines, targets and successfully grow the channel globally.

Working with internal teams such as finance and IT is integral to ensure that processes, invoicing and technical updates are managed appropriately and any technical issues are addressed quickly.  You will always be looking for new ways to drive efficiency and innovation for the channel, with support from the Performance Marketing Manager.
