Our Payroll team is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join and support the efficient daily running and management of the entire payroll service.

About the Role

As the Payroll Administrator, you will provide an essential support to the Technicians so that payroll runs on time and to its most efficient level every month. The team manage payroll for each colleague within Harrods, which means the role will be very busy and requires multitasking as every stage.

You will have the opportunity to be part of regular HR and Finance team meetings, support the business with payroll queries, and work directly with stakeholders across the business. You will take ownership of running the monthly checklist to ensure all aspects of the payroll is completed; reconcile and process the pension pay over; calculate net payments; record payroll processes such as overpayments, advances & late paperwork and carry out interface testing and amendments.

About You

We are looking for some who has some great admiprocess experience. You need to be able to work to deadlines and be proud to hold accountability for certain parts of the payroll process. You will also have great Excel skills and be keen on using data for improvement.

You will also –

• Have great self-motivation and time keeping skills

• Have demonstrable Excel and other PC skills

• Enjoy working with others in a team where each step is part of the bigger picture
