We are looking for a Workday Analyst to join our growing Workday Team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for day to day operational support for Workday from a functional perspective, responding to tickets raised from across the HR team for all modules including HCM, absence, Help, recruitment, performance, talent and learning

About the Role

The Workday Analyst will be responsible for cyclical activity on Workday, including EIB’s, data loads, and routine maintenance.  The role will also be responsible for small change requests and supporting on project activity when required.

You will also;

  • Supports  functional  and  UAT  testing  of  system  changes,  enhancements,  and  updates  to  ensure accuracy and seamless integration with existing functionality
  • Participate in Workday system upgrades and implementations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
  • Assist with data integrity initiatives, data audits, and data validation processes to maintain data accuracy and consistency within the Workday system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate HR processes, leveraging Workday's capabilities to improve efficiency and user experience

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Good level of Workday knowledge with the passion to develop into a Workday Subject Matter Expert as well as Knowledge of Workday HCM, alongside experience of at least one other module including Recruitment, Performance, Learning, and Help.  It is important that you previous experience  of  working  in  Workday  projects,  including  the  ability  to  perform  UAT  and  contribute  in  project workshops and discussions using Workday knowledge.

You will also have the following;

  • Solid communication skills, ability to communicate information from a variety of sources
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
  • Ability to deal with stakeholders throughout the business
    and able to present information in a clear way to different audiences
