Employee Relations Advisor

We are on lookout for an enthusiastic Employee Relations Advisor to join our fantastic ER team here at Harrods.

About the Role

As an ER Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an outstanding HR service. You’ll provide clear, consistent ER advice, share knowledge, and build the confidence of line managers across the business. Alongside managing a varied caseload, you’ll take a proactive approach—spotting trends, resolving issues early, and guiding managers on best practice in people management. Most importantly, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships with employees and leaders, ensuring HR policies and processes are not only followed but truly bring value.

This role offers hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home part of the week. Typically, that means a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs. To learn more, check out our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our careers site, or reach out to our Talent Acquisition team.

About You

You will be someone who as strong ER advisory experience, ideally in retail business. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and have a people-first mindset.

You will also -

• Have detailed knowledge of UK employment law, HR systems, and best practice
• Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a high workload with accuracy
• Be friendly, approachable, and have an empathetic style that builds trust across the business
• Have confidence working with data and information from multiple sources
• Have strong written and verbal communication, with exceptional attention to detail
• Have the ability to prioritize work efficiently and manage your own time.
