Here at Harrods, we work with a wide network of own-bought temporary supplier agencies, supporting a diverse range of departments including Retail, Restaurants and Kitchens, and Distribution. As an Agency HR Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated and supportive HR team, playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for all temporary workers across the business.
 

About the Role

The Agency HR Coordinator at Harrods plays a key role in supporting the Agency HR Partner by ensuring consistency throughout the hiring process for temporary workers across Restaurants and Kitchens. The role covers the full lifecycle management of temporary staff, including onboarding, offboarding, temp-to-perm conversions, and access requirements, while maintaining compliance standards in Workday and ensuring accuracy of all workforce data.

Beyond process management, the role embodies Harrods’ core values, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. The coordinator is expected to act with initiative, confidence, professionalism, and care, consistently striving for excellence and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards and reputation of Harrods.

About You

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent service and creating a smooth candidate experience. With a strong understanding of compliance, systems, and process management, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident managing multiple priorities to meet the demands of agency staffing. You are proactive, professional, and adaptable, always ensuring consistency and accuracy while upholding Harrods’ values in everything you do.
