Personal Shopper

We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Shopper to join our Harrods Personal Shopping team who is naturally curious about the luxury customer and their lifestyle to understand how best to cater to them.

To be considered for this role, you must have client experience as the job holder will proactively assist with purchases and make suggestions as to clients.

You will work collaboratively with the internal support functions such as Concession Partners, Transaction Services, Stock Operations, Buying, Dispatch etc, to ensure you can deliver exceptional service to your client base.

You will also demonstrate your eye for profitability by pro-actively upselling to generate add on sales for high profit own bought products as you will have the ability to engage with clients and build trust to further understand their lifestyle and adapt style to their profile.

Your daily tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Proactively generate leads and sales from either existing or new client base and seek opportunities to sell broadly across the store.

• Manage the customer journey, from initial product selections through to transaction processing, stock picking and dispatch.

• Prioritise workload to independently manage multiple virtual and in-store sales in any given day.
