Resourcing Executive

Location - Apart from 1 day a month in our London head office, the rest can be based remotely.

As a Resourcing Executive, your role is to ensure we are attracting and sourcing people to become a part of our story. You will always act with initiative, confidence, conviction, good manners, determination, and care, all in the pursuit of excellence, making sure you are always delivering the art of the possible.

About us.

We are a large, busy HR team with expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations and Learning & Development. As we work quickly, you’ll need to do the same. The business looks to us to help us find exceptional talent to do exceptional things every day.

About you.

As a resourcing professional, you will help us find active and passive candidates to develop talent pipelines across a multiple of specialisms. You will build and implement sourcing strategies to support the wider resourcing team to uncover exceptional talent. Whilst there will be a focus on external talent, our internal talent is just as important; ensuring we are maximizing the skills and capabilities we have within the business. Alongside this we are passionate about our candidate experience; as someone who will engage with a lot of candidates as a part of their role, living by our “candidate standards” are a must.

More specifically, we are looking for:

  • Expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates, through a range of search techniques, to build specialist knowledge across a multitude of industry sectors
  • Ability to engage with active and passive talent
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholder to help optimize sourcing efforts
  • Experience of working with Workday to utilize its functionality to manage and engage talent pools of appropriate candidates.
  • Build internal talent pools to support internal mobility for future recruitment needs.
