Retail Systems Administrator

The opportunity to join the team of retail analysts at Harrods as arrived. The Retail Systems Administrator is responsible for configuring POS promotions as requested by stakeholders from Buying & Merchandising and liaising with the requesters to translate the business requirements to a technical configuration. This will involve ensuring the solutions work not just at POS, but have the correct Financial and Reporting outcomes.

About the role:

• Support with administrative tasks as part of setting up new sites, maintaining cost centre and discount data in the relevant systems

• Update the text displayed on receipts to reflect changes in policy or opening hours as required

• Update brand details in the relevant internal directories when brands enter or exit

• Maintain any other retail system configurations required in response to business requests, such as the High Value Cash limit or staff 10% days

• Other ad hoc requirements according to business needs
