Sales Associate - Home and Lifestyle

We’re currently looking for full time Sales Associates to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods family, across our Home, Furniture and Technology departments. Whether you’re looking for your first break into retail, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you.

Consultative, personal and above all, the ability to listen and deliver. Our Home, Furniture and Technology departments are about partnering with every customer, understanding the brief even to the smallest detail. We build sustainable relationships with customers, being tech experts and at the forefront of what’s hot right now, working with some of the most luxurious and high-end homeware, furniture, and tech brands to ensure customers come back time and again.

Harrods is one of the world’s leading luxury department stores and we’re becoming a destination for top designers, and the most sought-after brands from around the globe. Our combined mission is to make visiting our iconic Knightsbridge store one of the world’s most inspiring shopping experiences.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.

About you

You may, or may not have experience within a retail environment, we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed. You are passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.
