Sales Associate - Signature

We are recruiting Sales Associates to join our Signature department. You’ll be a experienced Sales Associate and have a real passion for customer service and technology. You’ll be responsible for providing world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

You’ll demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products within own department and increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements. You’ll also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance. You’ll carry out operational tasks such as deliveries, transfers, restock and replenishments as required.
