We are recruiting for an Sales Coordinator to join our Harrods Estates Team. This role will be based in our Knightsbridge and Park Lane Offices.

About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact meeting and greeting all visitors and clients. By supporting various departments within Harrods Estates, including Senior management, Sales and New Development, you will be a vital part of providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our offices.

This role will require efficient task prioritisation, where you would be responding to various enquiries and messages across the phone and through email whilst being responsible for diary management.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Generating letters and property lists.
  • Uploading Property details and maintaining Property/Client database on Reapit.
  • Sales administration support with sales Letters and accompanying documents.
  • Mail-Outs and distribution of magazines, property brochures and marketing literature.
  • Administration surrounding Anti-Money Laundering, assisting our AML Executive.

About You

As the Sales Coordinator you will have excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be confident in your interpersonal skills and maintain a professional demeanour, representing our prestigious Harrods Estates team with a high customer-centric standard.

You will also possess:

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering is desirable.
