Our team at Harrods Heathrow are looking for a Sales Manager to join them.

About the Role 

The position of Sales Manager plays a pivotal role within the Store leadership team, where, as an exemplary leader, you will collaborate with a team of Assistant Managers and Supervisors to actualize and execute our Business vision of the "Anything is Possible". This role demands a leader with robust leadership skills, capable of not only ensuring exceptional service within the Store operation but also adept at fostering strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

A key responsibility includes establishing and translating goals and direction for the team. The Sales Manager will possess the ability to inspire and deliver outstanding customer and commercial performance for both the Terminal and the Airports as a whole.

Success in this role necessitates a team player and natural collaborator with a primary focus on building relationships, recognising that authentic and genuine connections with the team yield optimal results.

About You 

As an accomplished leader in the realm of retail management, you will bring a robust track record of steering large teams to success. You will embody a relationship-driven leadership style, thriving on the sales floor alongside colleagues to foster a team that consistently performs at its best.

You will also need:

  • Resilience and will actively seek constructive feedback from business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering excellence for both your team and the store.
  • To maintain a keen awareness of HR policies and employment laws.
  • A solid understanding of operational and safety standards.
  • To be able to operate with self-awareness and be comfortable in ambiguity, embracing the evolving nature of our work at Harrods Heathrow.
