We have a new role for a SAP CX Solutions manager who will work alongside the Product Owner and Platform Lead to deliver best in class solutions that meet the needs of a variety of stakeholders across the Harrods business.
About the role
As a SAP CX Solutions Manager you will act as Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, and Operational Lead, driving service delivery excellence, enablement, and constant improvement of the SVC platform, while continually looking to identify opportunities to drive operational efficiency. You will be the direct manager, leader and mentor of the SAP CX Operations and SAP CX Development teams, and will be the driver for positive transformation.
This is primarily a leadership position, however you should be capable of being hands-on when needed. Your team will be looking to you for technical guidance so being strong technically is a must. Vital to your role in Harrods will be fostering the DevOps culture, continuous learning and innovation with the wider IT organisation as Harrods IT is underway to transform to a leaner, more agile and collaborative way of working.
About you
You will have expertise in software architecture, as well as gathering and analysing requirements for technical design of large IT projects, with the ability to identify, track, and monitor technical dependencies across systems. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience with SAP CX Solutions, particularly the below:
- SAP Customer Data Cloud
- SAP Customer Data Platform
- SAP Cloud for Customer (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
- SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement
You will have expert knowledge of current web technologies as well as strong technical competency on topics like security, data protection, performance and high availability. Experience maintaining documentation, performing code reviews and contributing to architecture design. You will be familiar with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and working with managed backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
Finally you will have fantastic stakeholder management skills, the ability to prioritise work activities, as well as a passion and curiosity towards new and emerging technology.
