Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer, you’ll deliver a wide range of luxury projects from concept development and liasing with the stakeholders to manage and execute the design on time and budget. You’ll responsible for delivering the defined activities and projects from the HID strategy through the team by monitoring work, redlining corrections and ensuring that the approved processes and procedures are followed. You’ll actively oversee and be involved in the design, production and delivery of all bespoke items, including carrying out technical delivery and accurate drawing packages in line with Client brief. By working closely with Procurement team, you’ll ensure products are fully specified, on budget and within the lead times agreed.

About you
You’ll have an indepth knowledge of Interior Architecture and FF&E products and finishes, their fabrication techniques and operational applications. You’ll possess superb organisation skills, proactive in approach and have strong attention to detail. You’ll demonstrate a high degree of time management skill and constantly seek to streamline processes and procedures to increase quality and efficiency. You’ll have great communication skills to coordinate and liaise effectively with all internal and external parties. By demonstrating excellent leadership skills, you’ll be overseeing, inspiring and mentoring the team. Technical skills to include AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and Microsoft Office applications.
