The Senior Manager for Store Services and Fabric Maintenance is a critical role in our Facilities and maintenance operation. In this role you will set, coordinate, implement and manage the strategic and tactical objectives of the Store Services and Fabric Maintenance provisions within the Facilities Management (FM) department to ensure the highest possible standards of fabric maintenance and cleanliness attaining to stakeholder requirements and expectations in a consistent and sustainable manner.

As a line manager and informed maintenance professional you will ensure our cleaning and fabric maintenance teams deliver an exceptional service in ensuring our store always looks it’s best and any reactive works are dealt with efficiently.

About You

You will be suitably qualified and possess technical knowledge and experience of similar facilities and systems. You will need to be able to provide a peer overview of building service performance and feedback comments to the relevant engineering teams. You will need to be able to set capital and revenue budgets, including longer-term strategies to for resilience, and in developing engineering strategies for the Team. It is key that the Senior Manager is an effective communicator with all levels of personnel, collaborative and able to compromise for the benefit of the team. You’ll be an experience people manager with valuable experience overseeing the management of both cleaning and maintenance teams in prestigious building and sites.
