By Launching our new ‘H Beauty’ store, Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation and theatre to the beauty market. With H beauty, we will meet a demand from beauty customers for experiential retail that allows them to creatively engage with and learn more about the beauty products they are purchasing, while enjoying a fun and creative retail environment. H beauty will extend our Harrods beauty offering, beyond the Knightsbridge store to new customers.

To help us successfully launch this new concept and new location, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to help us bring the magic of Harrods to life. As a store manager, you will be responsible for delivering and driving the H Beauty strategy. Through strong leadership and commercial acumen, you will be accountable for ensuring that the highest standards are attained throughout the operation; with effective management of both internal and external stakeholders, customer relationship management and team development whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

About you.

With your energy and experience as a senior beauty retail manager, you will thrive in this brand-new concept for Harrods; it’s important you can make a quick impact. Masterful communicator, you will be establishing quick and strong relationships with other functions across the business as well as our Knightsbridge store and concessions partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for owning and driving store performance to exceed business expectations.
  • Develop and implement a clear sales and service strategy for the store ensuring alignment with the Retail and Buying strategy.
  • Responsible for the effective recruitment and on boarding of team members.
  • Accountable for initiating and completing all people management procedures in line with Harrods policies.
  • Manage the relationship with concessions and work with the Buying Teams to maximise concession sales within the area
  • Accountable for the full P&L of the store, working to ensure budgets are met and profits are maximised.
