As the Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll assist the Management Team in running the restaurant effectively by maintaining Harrods high service standards, maximising sales, while enhancing customer experience. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring budgets are met, completion of the daily and weekly paperwork and stock orders, and ensuring your front and back of house teams demonstrate highest standards of grooming by adhering to the Company’s Dress Code Policy.

About You

You’ll previous hospitality management experience, preferably with a prestigious hotel or high-end restaurant. Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential. You’ll have great organisational skills and a strong customer focus in everything you do. You’ll have exceptional people management skills to coach and direct the team, with the ability to build effective working relationships with other stakeholders.
