An exciting new opportunity is available in our Talent & Leadership Development team as a Talent Development.

About the role

To support the talent development team to deliver on; strategic goals, BAU management of our apprenticeship and talent programmes. On a day-to-day basis the role offers full involvement in learning and development operational tasks, from liaising with business areas about their apprenticeship needs, working on provider contracts and enrolling new apprentices, to supporting the team deliver on projects across the talent development and leadership space.  

About you

We are looking for someone who has previous experience as a learning/ projects or events coordinator and has planned and delivered various learning sessions/ events and programmes. You will have experience with facilitating learning, presenting in front of others and a real passion to help people learn, grow and develop.

You will have an understanding of early careers and talent development, and ideally some experience with managing Apprenticeships and levy gifting is desirable. Finally, you will have strong negotiation skills as well as a natural flair for building relationships and stakeholder management.
