Temporary Summer Customer Services Adviser

About you

You are organised, driven and enjoy working as part of a team. You take time to listen to customers carefully and attend to their needs to exceed their expectations. You will have exceptional communication skills and an impeccable telephone manner, as you will be dealing with customer queries via phone and email on a daily basis.

What to expect

You will be working within our fast-paced, large Customer Service team based at our head office in Hammersmith.

Strong organisation skills and a keen attention to detail are required, as you will need to manage and prioritise a varied work load, whilst remaining calm and composed under pressure. Our customer requests and queries vary and we attend to all cases no matter how big or small, with the same level of exceptional service.

You will be fully flexible with working various shift timings over the summer sale period (June-July) during the store opening hours (9am-9pm).
