Test Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our IT team at Harrods. In this role, you will analyse requirements, design and execute test cases, validate system integrations, and contribute to automation initiatives to ensure each release delivers reliable functionality, excellent performance, and an outstanding user experience.

You will focus on various domains including Digital, CRM, POS, SAP, and more.

About the Role

As a Test Analyst, you will help develop comprehensive test plans and schedules, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. You will maintain and update the test case repository to keep all test artefacts current.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Supporting performance and security testing by collaborating with specialist teams and interpreting test results
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with end-users, collecting feedback, and ensuring resolution of issues before launch
• Analysing post-release feedback and defect trends to recommend process improvements and preventative actions
• Ensuring data integrity across systems through backend SQL verification and ETL testing

About You

You will bring hands-on experience in software testing, preferably within SAP CX environments, along with a strong understanding of API testing (REST/OData) and SQL for data validation.

Additional qualifications include:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps
• Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent certification is preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
