Transaction Services Assistant Manager

The Transaction Services Assistant Manager will lead the Transaction Services, High Value Cash Transaction and Service Booking team to deliver exceptional service to the Retail team, as a first line of support to colleagues, in processing large and complex transactions.

They would be expected to manage their team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and ensure the business is protected from risk.

About You

You must display strong leadership qualities, as you will be responsible for motivating your team to adopt a customer focused and tailored approach in delivering exceptional service to the business in your areas of responsibility. You will need to be able to plan and deliver motivational team meetings covering business updates, SLAs, customer stories and team successes. You will be working cross functionally with other department leaders to ensure that the objectives of the business are being met and outcomes are being delivered. You will be translating the businesses short, medium, and long strategy into deliverable objectives for your team of Associates. You must be able to provide regular and honest developmental feedback to direct reports and colleagues.
