UX Designer

About You

• You will have a mandate to drive user focused thinking throughout our design process, using, refining and extending our existing design system.

• You will be a strong influencer at all levels across our business as you will be working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will turn business goals and campaigns into user centric designs.

• You must have experience in standard UX software and tools. Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision Studio or similar is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.

• You will be user focused and have a deep understanding and appreciation for the process of identifying users’ needs, as well as UCD methods.

What to Expect

• Define and create user journeys, content hierarchy, sketches, annotated wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups

• Our UX Designers are hands on, and work with a view to achieving a single, seamless modern design on all devices

• You will work in an iterative way, repeatedly improving on low resolution wireframes to explore the design space with stakeholders and the project team.

• Delivering polished and fully annotated final wireframes and prototypes when the design direction has been fully established and all constraints have been understood.

• You will work collaboratively with the UX projects team and key stakeholders to gather insights with which to inform your design solutions and create user journeys, content hierarchy, sketches, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups. 

• Test your design assumptions with real users.
