Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Dispatch Operative to join our Dispatch .COM team. Our operatives play an integral role in the delivery of a day to day .com operations. We work together, and we win together in bringing moments of magic to our customers. Your main area of responsibility will be supporting the Harrods .com team.

You will be expected to work 8am – 4pm (early shift) or 11am – 7pm – (late shift) During sales and Seasonal promotions shift time are between 7am and 11pm. The patterns vary based on requirement.

About You

Someone who can adhere to daily operational activities reporting any issues to Team leaders or managers whilst performing all operational task within our consolidating area which includes checking and putting away stock, picking customer deliveries, picking deliveries for stock to be return to the shopfloor, repacking deliveries, palletising totes, wrapping pallets, and carrying out other tasks to support the entire operation of the department.

You will be Supporting in out returns area by processing customer returns, raising queries and request to relevant parties, picking deliveries back to departments and performing various other administrative and operational activities. Someone that will ensure that Housekeeping and Health and Safety standards are maintained.
