Beauty Concierge

At H beauty Edinburgh we want our store to be a part of the local community we serve and to do this we need a Beauty Concierge to join our team. This dedicated role will act as a brand – consumer liaison and will also look to help H Beauty Edinburgh stand out with its impactful in store events and influencer partnerships.

Joining the H beauty team as a Beauty Concierge, you will be a commercially minded individual with the ability to create events and outreach opportunities within Edinburgh. The role of a Beauty Concierge centre’s around a passion for world class service, helping clients in their  search for the right product for them.

About You

• A true beauty fanatic, you take pride in knowing, new launches, the best products for an individuals needs and have a keen interest to learn more about skincare make up and fragrance

• Being a self-starter is a must, you will be organised and have the ability to engage and teach your colleagues about the new must have products.

• You will be a confident and outgoing individual who is an ambassador for the brand and responsible for promoting H beauty locally, in keeping with the Harrods brand.

• The ability to build successful Long-Term Partnerships while generating sales

• Fully flexible to work five days out of 7 – Evenings, Weekends and Bank Holidays. You will be expected to support instore events where required.
