The role of our Client Engagement Executive will work in collaboration with marketing, creative, buying teams and brands to find the perfect opportunity to surprise and delight our top spenders.

About the role

Within your role you will oversee our annual activations calendar where clientelling touch points including gifts and experiences will need to be planned and executed by you and the Client Engagement Assistant who reports to you.

In addition to this, the role will also be responsible for:

  • Delivering all yearly experiences for our top Private Shopping clients, these includes fashion weeks, magical Christmas experiences, and trips to ateliers and brands across Europe. You need to secure every opportunity to ensure our most important clients are continuously engage and received highly targeted and personal touch points.
  • Supporting the Client Engagement Manager on the creation of the annual strategy including the gifting and experiences roadmap; you will manage the delivery of up to 10 key yearly moments per year dedicated to our top Harrods clients. 
  • Providing project management for the implementation and execution of the various communications and projects
  • Ensuring the Elite CRM management files are kept up to date with customer information and data in line with GDPR and ensure the assistant is aware of their responsibilities in this area
  • Supporting the management of the programme budget against all planned projects through to the reconciliation of costs throughout the year.

About you

We are looking for individuals who are extremely organised, a peoples person able to establish relationships at different levels of our organisation and someone with high attention to detail who can understand luxury and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNI).

In addition to this, we are also looking for someone who possesses the below:

  • You are a data driven person who understands the impact of CRM initiatives on the client journey, as you will be working closely with consumer insights to understand and identify opportunities to re-engage with dormant clients.
  • Significant proven experience working in CRM or Marketing, ideally as part of a wholesaler or a luxury brand.
  • Strong understanding of the UHNW client and their lifestyle and needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability and willingness to multi-task to short deadlines.
  • Good PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good knowledge of excel is required.
