About you

As a Client Experience Assistant you will be responsible for offering a seamless and unrivalled customer journey, achieved the moment our clients walk through our doors, through personalised attention, intuitive and anticipatory service and in-depth knowledge of the breath of Harrods Services.

For us it’s really important to have a genuine approach and make sure all enquiries are looked after and responded to.

You will be composed, warm and friendly with excellent organisational skills, proactive and capable of working with incomplete information, but also possess team work skills as this will be a key part of your role within By Appointment.

In this role it will be important to always be up to date with developments across the store as you will be seen as the first point of contact to our customers.
