Harrods is looking for full time Sales Associates to join their luxurious and one-of-a-kind Hampers department within the welcoming and close-knit Foodhalls team on a fixed term contract.

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. Our Hampers department is like no other; our Sales Associates work closely with customers to ideate and create bespoke hampers and support with gifting needs. From the festive delights of our Christmas Hampers to our year-round offerings, our Sales Associates are integral to creating the moments of magic that come with opening a Harrods Hamper.

In return, you’ll enjoy a package that includes an annual salary on £29,900 and access to a monthly bonus, a company pension, annual leave, and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our food hall and restaurants) and a season ticket loan.

About You

You’ll be responsible for providing  world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand. You’ll be a meticulous individual with good organisation skills and attention to detail, as well as having passion for all things food and gifting.

You will also:

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
  • Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure
  • Be fluent in the use of MS-Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and confident using technology (i.e. ordering systems).
  • Be resilient, and adaptable to your audience and environment believing that anything is possible – focusing on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively.
  • Be able to achieve and exceed sales targets
