Position Purpose

Our Client Experience team is both our hosts and our ambassadors, welcoming the most discerning clientele to our Personal Shopping Suites. First impressions are lasting impressions; therefore the role of the Front of House Team is fundamental to the client experience curated.

What To Expect

The Client Experience Supervisor is accountable for delivering world class service to our most loyal customers.  With responsibility for assisting the Client Experience Manager to manage the Client Experience team, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is adhered to at all times, in line with the concept and standards of both Private Shopping and Client Services.

  • Champion opportunities to consistently improve the Quality of the Customer Experience.
  • Plan and deliver memorable moments, working with other stakeholders in the business.
  • Fully support the Client Relations Asst. Manager in the planning and organising of the partnerships in the Penthouse.
  • Ensure a professional image is maintained consistently throughout the department and that all areas are clean and comfortable.
  • Uphold the grooming guidelines for the team and ensure a professional image is maintained by the team at all times.
  • Directly support the team with the day to day running of our service ensuring each Home is set up accordingly and there is enough cover in all areas.

  • Ensure every client is greeted and they receive a warm welcome experience
  • Monitor client’s preferences and act upon them
  • Ensure the stock is maintained above Par level and monitor stock orders
  • Create a sense of luxury and society by recognizing and looking after Personal Shopping clientele
  • Support the Client Experience Manager with all other administrative tasks and projects as directed
  • Work as part of a team by sharing knowledge and demonstrating flexibility with regard to hours and days of work.
  • Support Private Shopping outside trading hours when necessary, by attending functions and events to promote the Private Shopping service
