About you

You are a strategist. Someone who is innovative and has extensive experience in dealing with ultra-high net worth clients. You continuously think outside the box to engage with our Elite clients and you’re able to successful orchestrate and execute multiple projects simultaneously. You have experience in leading  a team and bringing out the best in them.    

What to expect

This is a newly created role in the business! The Client Relations Assistant Manager will support the Commercial Relationship Manager and work with the wider CRM, Events, Private Shopping and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for acquisition and retention. In addition to the implementation of highly targeted customer communication strategies to further develop the relationships with Elite clients, you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the lifestyles and profiles of each customer against the Elite customer lifecycle in order to maintain and strengthen relationships and plan re-engagement opportunities. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the management, implementation and delivery of the Elite strategy.
