We are looking for a Corporate Health Administrator to join our Corporate Health Services team here at Harrods. You will provide administrative support primarily for the Treatment service.

About the Role

As the Corporate Health Administrator, you will be working closely with our Clinical teams to provide a safe and effective management service. You will be the first point of contact, and as our Administrative team provide a highly valued service, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record as a clinical administrator.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing emails and responding to queries from clients.
  • Managing phone calls and arranging appointments.
  • Creating template diaries on the EMIS database for clinicians and recording notes.
  • Ordering office supplies and overseeing the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Arranging pick up of laboratory tests.
  • Creating POs and processing invoices.
  • Taking payment at reception for Podiatry services.
  • Collecting monthly management information of Treatment services.

About You

As the Corporate Health Administrator, you will be a clear and confident communicator who has experience working as a Clinical Administrator. You have strong attention to detail, and are confident in staying organised as well as having worked with Microsoft Office and be able to pick up new IT systems quickly.

Experience with the EMIS database would be an advantage.
