The Creative Operations team are looking for a Creative Services Project Manager to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract.  A hugely varied role, this requires someone who is used to managing the services behind the projects; you like juggling many plates and feel at home coordinating multiple things at once.

The Harrods motto is 'Anything is Possible'; and our Creative teams are responsible for bringing this ethos to life for our customers. About the Role

Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, the Creative Services Manager role is responsible for ensuring that creative projects, briefed from external business stakeholders, are channelled and managed via our workflow process to ensure efficient delivery: to brief, on time and on budget. You will also have a direct report of a Project Coordinator to support you.

You will act as a central spokesperson and communications liaison between Creative Content and the wider business units who may be looking to enlist our creative services. You will work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure project briefs are understood and that creative responses meet the objectives, and therefore are given in a timely manner. You will lead the continual development of the briefing process, looking to deliver new systems and process efficiencies that can improve creative workflow operations.

As well as having central visibility of all cross-channel initiatives and campaigns, the Creative Services Manager will also act as the liaison on larger cross-channel campaigns and store takeovers. This involves setting and managing key deadlines for channels to deliver content, ensuring Creative teams and channels are clearly briefed and objectives are understood, and working closely with stakeholders and brands to facilitate approvals.

About You

You will need to understand the changing environment and have the ability to manage the day-to-day whilst forecasting longer term.

You will also have:

  • Project/facilitation experience to management level.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, prioritise schedules and manage workloads.
  • Passion for delivering the best customer experience, but within parameters that don’t jeopardise schedule and business value.
  • The ability to work effectively to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimal direction.
  • The ability to direct and manage workflows within diverse peer and senior teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, persuasive, and motivational skills.
