We have an exciting role as a Customer Data CRM Executive that sits as part of the wider CRM and Loyalty team and is key to Harrods’ customer success. Your role will push the CRM function to grow and enrich the contactable database across all communication channels (email/SMS/DM/push).

About the Role

This role involves CRM-based tasks such as embedding data capture in lifecycle journeys, but will focus on customer data acquisition, database contact management and administration. You will be an ambassador for increasing the customer data we have available, often working independently to project manage or consult on initiatives to ensure data quality. You will be interacting with a variety of stakeholders including senior management.

As the Customer Data CRM Executive, you’ll be responsible for growing the database for each of our communication channels, monitoring subscribers and presenting opportunities to grow the customer base through things such as offers, pop ups, etc. You will relish in the enrichment of that data so we can create tailored marketing campaigns.  Excitingly, we will be launching a new app soon, which will be a main project focus point for this role.

About You

We do need you to have CRM experience, however this role is focused on data.  Experience working with email service providers, SAP marketing cloud and oracle response is essential, as is Google Analytics. This is not a creative role, as the creative/copy is done by another internal team.

Experience of project management would be useful, and we are open to any commercial background where you have worked in a large CRM function. You’ll have demonstrable experience with GDPR, data analysis, dashboards and translating the data into actionable insight, being accurate, methodical, and familiar with technical language, and being keen to present forecasting and trends analysis.

As well as this, you will have:

  • Strong communication skills, able to forge relationships cross-functionally.
  • Great team-working skills, keen to share and collaborate.
  • A commercial mindset.
