We are looking for an Insights Manager to be the key point of contact for customer insights across our Beauty, Home, Fine Jewellery & Watches divisions.
We are looking for someone who has excellent stakeholder management skills, to enable them to partner with our Buying, Retail and Marketing colleagues to embed customer insights across strategic and operational decision making.

About you
This Insights Manager role will work with key business stakeholders to create a roadmap of insights projects that drive both long term strategic benefit and shorter-term commercial value.
You will be someone who is naturally curious, who thrives on being given a question to answer and identifying the most appropriate insights approach to meet the project objectives.
You should be confident to challenge the business on their requirements and have strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Furthermore, you will be agile and thrive in a fast-moving environment, equally happy tackling larger, more in-depth projects and quick turnaround ad hoc requests.
To be successful, you must have experience delivering qualitative and quantitative customer insights projects, and be confident using a visualisation software such as Tableau or PowerBI. Experience of the retail or luxury sector would be a bonus.
This role will sit within the Customer, Digital & Strategy division and report to the Head of Customer Insights & Analytics.
Key Requirements
- Insight & storytelling experience – proven experience of turning data into successful business actions, as well as qualitative project experience
- Highly analytical and creative problem solver
- Numerate with an ability to process complex data sets and analysis
- Experience of using customer or consumer data (Transactional, CRM etc.)
- Familiar with data visualisation tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound commercial awareness
- Keen attention to detail
- Natural curiosity
