Our dispatch team works in our Knightsbridge warehouse and are the glue between our sales teams on the store floor and our delivery services globally. We are looking to recruit a Delivery Services Advisor to be part of the action, solution and our team.

About You

You’ll be passionate about the customer experience and motivated to work with others to deliver a seamless customer service experience. You’ll be computer literate and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm to find and fix problems will be where you excel, with clear communication skills to keep others informed.

As a Delivery Services Advisor you’ll be accountable and diligent, always working with your team to deliver your best work, on time for every customer.

What to Expect

As a Delivery Service Advisor you will work with the Sales Advisors on the store floor, Couriers and your dispatch and delivery colleagues to manage the smooth running of all deliveries. You’ll work to tight deadlines with conflicting priorities, always working to keep the customer and your colleagues updated by email, over the phone and face to face.

In this role you’ll be responsible for running daily reports to find service failures and identify any issues. You’ll respond promptly to any ‘open log’ queries to escalate and resolve any potential delivery issues as well as ensure the customer always comes first. You’ll take pride in your work and in representing Harrods for journey customer journey from the store floor to their home or address delivery.
