Our Insights department are looking to hire a Digital Analytics Manager to join our insights team to shape our digital data strategy across all touchpoints. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we make the most of our digital data, spend our marketing and development budgets efficiently and target and convert our audiences successfully.

About you

You will be an experienced digital data analyst, recognized for your understanding of customer digital behavior. You’ll be motivated to stay up to date with new trends in the market and developing data strategies to report online conversions and funnel performance. You will be well versed in the latest analytical techniques and their application to a commercial environment, responsible for establishing and embedding best practices for data, within the scope of digital measurement across all digital platforms.  You’ll carry the capability and knowledge to test digital platforms to further optimize and provide solutions to accelerate current programs and processes with a developed understanding of the application of Media Mix and Media Touch Attribution Modelling and adept with tools such as Google analytics and tag management methodologies. You’ll have a passion for championing digital data management in the martech environment and able to be the mouthpiece for this specialist area, communicating complex theories in a concise and succinct fashion. You’ll have experience in online product or marketing experimentation. 

What to Expect

Your role will be to craft our digital analytics function at an important time of the development of Harrods digital presence to better support our digital trading and marketing teams.  We want to ensure we lead the way for understanding customer habits and online behavior to support our multi-channel marketing & advertising strategies and onsite optimisation. You will develop this analytics & reporting capability and offer new solutions on delivering new and unique insights from untapped data groups. You’ll play a key role in modernizing our digital analytics processes and deliverables with a business wide impact.
