Are you a specialist in digital editorial, with a real passion for driving performance and engagement?

We are looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our growing content team here at Harrods. A creative, organised and efficient individual, you will support the Head of Digital Content in delivering a multichannel content strategy; using data to inform and shape a continually evolving approach.

Responsible for driving the daily content calendar for Harrods.com and its associated marketing channels, you will ensure stories reflect both marketing and trading priorities as well as fashion and market influence, reinforcing Harrods.com as a leading luxury retail destination online.

You will manage our digital content team to ensure the quality and efficiency of copy output while maintaining best practice SEO. Editorially, this role will lead the content strategy for Harrods.com, including brand partnerships and the direction and delivery of Style Notes, alongside the Online Editor.

To be successful in this role you must be an impressive communicator, have experience managing both editorial and ecommerce digital content, preferably from within the fashion and beauty industry plus experience leading a team.
