E-Commerce Operations Assistant

We are looking for a E-Commerce Operations Assistant to join our digital team here at Harrods. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to start their career in E-Commerce.

About The Role

The role will provide a support function for the Digital Operational Team through aggregating all the data for the division's digital assets. As the E-Commerce Operations Assistant the daily tasks will involve mapping and documenting new and existing processes, exploring dashboards, evaluating potential risks proactively.

You will also:

• Keep a good housekeeping of Operational document
• keep track of improvements vs Forecast
• Proactively identifies performance gaps
• Support with the testing of the Harrods.com customer experience
• Escalate any potential roadblocks or delays

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus with an understanding of what constitutes an excellent customer experience as well as having both highly analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to use data to pull together a story.

You will also have the following;

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail with the emphasis on accuracy
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently tell a story
• Excellent PC Skills- fully adept with all Microsoft packages.
• Strong organisational and time skills – ability to multi takes
