About You

You will have a strong understanding of the ecommerce sector, ideally from having worked in a trading or brand management role. With a passion for Luxury and a solid knowledge of the retail market you will  lead the project on launching our newly created concession brand operating model for Harrods.com. You will be an expert at building relationships and have excellent examples of working cross-functionally, adapting your approach and style as necessary. With previous experience leading and developing a team you will be confident motivating others and bringing different teams together under one common goal. Highly strategic and commercial, you will be comfortable pitching to board level and able to persuade and influence internal and external stakeholders.

 

What to Expect

This is a newly created role within our growing ecommerce team that will support with the execution of our partnership with Farfetch. The pace is fast with a focus on strategic planning and working to deadlines – we need someone who is self-motivated and able to manage shifting priorities with positivity and enthusiasm. 
You will be involved in the planning and implementation of our brand partnerships launch through building category expertise, sharing insights on brand analysis including trend and trade performance and working towards driving long-term high revenue partnerships. As the first point of contact for our brand partners, you will be responsible for building successful relationships, overseeing and managing performance and highlighting opportunities to the business. As a crucial member of the ecommerce team you will work closely together to understand the current product catalogue and how to best extend this.

 

What is important?

Strong communication skills are essential as you will be developing and maintaining relationships with brands and many internal stakeholders. You will have online experience, ideally within a multibrand environment, and be highly numerate with an eye for planning and analysis. Project management skills are highly desirable as is a solid understanding of Excel. You will have proven experience managing brand relationships and be able to demonstrate how you have worked with commercial partners across multiple categories successfully to achieve targets.
