Host / Hostess - New Concept

This exciting new opportunity at the Tiffany Blue Box Cafe is all about bringing customer experience to life, while enjoying a fun and creative retail environment where food will play an essential part. This is a service focused role, with a keen eye to maximising the customer experience, ensuring that each customer has a sense of enjoyable journey when they visit our Restaurants. You’ll focus on the guest’s journey by sharing knowledge about the facts, history and heritage of Harrods.

You will be the face and ambassador of the Restaurant and the first point of contact to the customers. You’ll be supporting all the FOH teams to deliver a great guest experience by understanding the reservations systems, restaurant pacing, and operations. You’ll ensure that all reservations are communicated to the necessary teams and that all the required procedures are followed to the best of your abilities.

The store opening hours are 8am – 10.30pm.

About you

You’ll have a strong track record of hospitality experience, preferably with a prestigious hotel or high-end restaurant. Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential. You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You should be able to ensure due diligence of H&H standards – free of hazards and accidents reported correctly.
