We are looking for an International Marketing Executive to join the International Marketing team at Harrods.

As an International Marketing Executive you will support the International Marketing team in the execution of campaigns to raise awareness of the Harrods brand in key international markets and cultivate HNW clientele across all international initiatives including Harrods Knightsbridge, Harrods.com, The Residences and Harrods international Tearooms.

About you

The role requires impeccable time management, communication and organisational skills to ensure that all work is completed in timely manner and in line with agreed objectives from the marketing plan.

You will be able to successfully do the following:

Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the macro trends (cultural, societal, economic etc.) and influences in the high-net worth customer segment to help shape and better each marketing activity

Liaise with the customer insight team and use findings to influence marketing strategy decisions, and produce detailed evaluation reports if necessary

Work closely and collaboratively within the International team and wider Brand Experience Division on marketing campaigns, and new launches

Support the execution of marketing campaigns to drive international customer acquisition including events, promotional campaigns, influencer activity and brand campaigns

Develop strong working relationships with counterparts internally in order to deliver against objectives

Work with the agency partners in key markets in order to deliver content and editorial for owned media channels

Be aware of the commercial objectives of the International Development team and offer support to your line manager and colleagues to extend the reach of a campaign or an experience

Be confident in Project management, meeting deadlines and coordinating processes to deliver initiatives across multiple sites and territories

Monitor performance on marketing activity / promotions to identify best practices to influence future plans
