As an Occupational Health Management Administrator, you will be an integral part of Harrod’s Corporate Health Service team which is committed to maintaining the health and wellbeing of all Harrods employees.

You will assist in providing a full administrative service to the Occupational Health Management team and assist on the co-ordination of Health and Wellbeing interventions. Importantly, you will contribute to the delivery of a professional and contemporary Corporate Health Service.

About you

We are looking for an experienced administrator that can assist our Occupational Health team by undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks. As part of this role, you will need to manage internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner. In addition to this, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting our Occupational Health Clinicians with diary management and booking in clients.
  • Processing reports and health questionnaires.
  • Triaging management referral cases.
  • Preparing templates, forms, letters, promotional articles, and quality assure/control the output of documents.
  • Assisting in planning, communicating and implementing health promotion plans.
  • Assisting with CHS surveys; collating data and feedback using survey data collection tool.
  • Ensuring effective coordination of communications via the appropriate channels in keeping with

approved branding.

A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is essential, as well as being a professional team player. Proficiency with COHORT systems is also key.
