The Office Relocation Administrator’s key role will be to support the relocation of the offices moves in Knightsbridge and Hammersmith due to the expansion of Private Shopping.

We are looking for an individual to assist in the planning of these moves, liaising with internal and external companies and keeping track of the project plan to ensure deadlines are met.

You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining an action tracker, reporting on progress made, along with organising meetings with stakeholders.

This opportunity is offered on a 6-9 month fixed term contract, on a hybrid working basis (2-3 days a week in the office, which will increase whilst the move is facilitated) there may also be occasional weekend work.

About you

With previous experience in administration/customer services, you will be comfortable with multitasking and able to manage your time effectively. You will be organised and able to prioritise your own workload using your initiative with minimal supervision. You will sustain a positive outlook and stay calm under pressure. You will also have:

  • Good PC literacy (word, excel)
  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels.
